History

I have been in Construction since I was 16. I have grown up doing all the trades and love watching people obtain a new home! I have years of experience in electrical, framing, foundations, structural framing, plumbing, wiring home electronics, sound systems, communications into smart rooms, landscaping, roofing, drywall. I am very schooled on all the simpson hardware connections and seismic reinforcements. I bring all my knowledge to your inspection! We have a 24/7 scheduling software, quick turnaround reports on the newest software with photos and videos in an easy to understand report.

Specialties

Shawn has over 30 years in the Construction industry. He was a licensed General Contractor in the state of California for over 15 years where he has designed and built homes from the ground up. Through the years Shawn has done all aspects of the building trades and will use his skilled-eye to find any defects that may not be found by others. In addition to being a graduate of San Jose State University, he also served as a U.S. Marine Corps (Logistical Marine) parachute inspector, Joint Airdrop Inspector (JAI), and Parachute rigger for 8 years reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. Rest assured, you will receive a detailed inspection in an easy-to-understand, and well written documented report. Shawn does all of our inspections (not done by employees or others). We service Residential, Structural Pest Inspections, Commercial, Walk Through, and Pre-Listing Inspections. We use moisture detectors, and and infrared camera during our inspections.
