Life is effortless at The Monterey Apartments in Vancouver, WA. We have an efficient & ample knowledgeable maintenance & office staff to take care of any resident needs. We have emergency maintenance available 24/7 which means no worries for our valued residents. Our onsite office staff is here 7 days a week to take requests and assist in anyway. Our residents live in luxury with free garbage, recycling, and free covered parking. A hot tub, seasonal pool, and a fully equipped fitness center to enjoy. Our grounds are well manicured with mature landscaping and open courtyards with grassy areas available for our residents enjoyment. The Monterey was truly designed with its residents happiness in mind.
