There are multiple reasons for this low review. 1) Elevators are often times broken. 2) Poor management. 3) ROACH INFESTATION (on 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th floor out of 7 floors per residents). I...

Management is typically very responsove to any issues, and are understanding of any issues you might be having. Location is very central to lors of Seattle hot spots as well.

Do not enforce policies or rules, no such thing as quite hours unless law involved. Instead of holding individuals responsible garbage, anything they do not want to take to dumpster or can fit in...

Pretty good place to live, I've lived here a little over a year so far and the management is friendly and they keep the place clean.
