They only take cash or check. ATM on site has a fee. No sign anywhere about cash or check; they just tell you when you pull your card out. Feels like a racket to make extra fees. Office is dark,...

The person that helped me was rude. I arrived she didn't say hi, she pretty much called me using her fingers so I could go to her window as if I was a dog. Horrible service.

This place closes at 5pm, but for title registrations they will not help customers past 4:30. It was disappointing to arrive 20 minutes before closing and be turned away.
