History
Midnight Cookie Co. was founded in January 2017 by two Gonzaga alums with a shared love of cookies and staying up late. After realizing that Seattle didn't have any offerings for satisfying that late night sweet tooth, the founders set out to become the first and only late night cookie delivery service in the Seattle area. Today, Midnight Cookie Co. delivers delicious cookies, coffee, and ice cream late night 5 days a week Wednesday - Sunday to the greater Edmonds/Shoreline area.
