I'm sorry but you have to offer customers a bathroom. OK, there's a code but it didn't work on the lock. Maybe the employee didn't remember it. I'm just trying to shop.

Store is almost always empty. There's only a couple of people in the front as cashier and maybe one or two restocking. Store is somewhat clean and most materials for your arts and crafts projects...

Inventory??!!?? What inventory??? We don't need no stinking INVENTORY!!!!! My god, the Michael's experience can only: (1) get better; (2) go out of business.
