Mezcal Fresh has recently concluded its soft opening and is now proud to open its doors to the community and invite your to try our food. This project has been in the making several years and we are finaly proud to see it open its doors to the public! Francisco has been in the Food Industry for over 20 years and has had the privelage to have opened 2 restaurants in Eastern Washington in his carrer, always seeking to better his last project in order to offer the community the best experience! As he always says, the key to a great Mexican cusine experience is Spicy, Tasty, Healthy!

Mezcal Fresh Mexican Grill and Tequila Bar prides itself in serving 100% fresh and local ingredients! As well as non-GMO never caged chicken and a variety of gluten free and vegetarian options. Owner and Chef Francisco has hand crafted every recipe from food to cocktail in order to bring to the community of Renton an assortment of great Mexican inspired dishes from his native Oaxaca Mexico.
