Metropolitan Pilates is the premier Pilates studio in the Northwest. At Metropolitan Pilates, we offer only authentic Pilates, using apparatus built from the original design specifications and mechanics of Joseph Pilates' own equipment. Our state-of-the-art studio features the full complement of top-of-the-line Gratz apparatus, 15 foot ceilings, and spacious locker rooms complete with full shower facilities. Our instructors have been rigorously trained to develop a system of exercises tailored specifically for each client based on age, fitness goals, and the presence of any prior injuries. All our instructors have undergone extensive training and testing and have been certified by Dorothee VandeWalle. Metropolitan Pilates is located in the University Village shopping center adjacent to the parking garage and next to Crate & Barrel. The studio is on the second floor at the top of the escalators.
