History

I began to realize I wanted to be able to decorate professionally, so I did some self taught learning by working with gum paste and fondant. I made my first Stargazer lily that people thought was so real they could not believe their eyes. My husband started suggesting to me that I should check into cake decorating classes to learn the basics and further enhance my natural abilities. Joann's Fabric and Craft's store gave me that opportunity. I enrolled in Wilton's cake decorating courses, which I went on to receive 4 certificates of completion & 80 hours of hands on class time. As a compliment to my recent studies and training, I entered a decorated cake display into the 2013 Skagit County Fair.
