Giving one star is too much. I live in condos managed by this company and incompetence is their key. My condo was flooded from the unit above due to faulty building plumbing and was not fixed...

If I could I would give it no stars. Definitely a slumlord type situation. Over priced and everything keeps breaking. The apartment is only a little more than a year or and the electric cuts out....

I've rented from several properties and Granite Pointe 1, 2, & 3 Apartments is by far the worst. Management is dishonest, inconsistent, and unreliable. They have little regard for their tenants...
