Better communication regarding services and pricing for grooming i wanted to speak to the manger or owner and was told that I couldn't.

Picked my dog up and he got a cut alright. They shaved him down and cut him multiple times. They also left long strands where they were attempting to groom. I paid $150 for a bad grooming experience.
