Dr. Garrett Wireman is a podiatrist with Integrative Foot & Ankle Centers of Washington. He earned his dual undergraduate degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology, with a minor in Psychology, from Marshall University in 2016. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in 2021. Dr. Wireman completed his residency at the University of Louisville in 2024 and his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Shasta Orthopedics Foot and Ankle Institute in 2025.

Dr. Nathan Tirabassi is a podiatrist with Integrative Foot & Ankle Centers of Washington. Dr. Tirabassi provides evidence-based, individualized care across a broad range of foot and ankle conditions. His clinical interests include Charcot reconstruction, reconstructive flatfoot surgery, sports injuries, trauma, diabetic limb salvage, and total ankle replacements. He has advanced training in complex reconstruction and is proficient in both minimally invasive and traditional surgical approaches.
