Using evidence-based approaches, my aim is to support patients with short-term therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy. I work to complement the care from primary care providers, specialists, family members and support systems. My areas of focus include geriatric and life transition concerns. I also enjoy LGTBQ+ issues and couples counseling.

Parents are the expert on their children. My goal is to provide premium psychiatric care to children and families. I follow evidence based medicine principles and like to track results over time. The joy and gift of working with children is that even small corrections made early in the development can have a huge impact later in life. As Frederick Douglass said, �It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.�
