Not a great experience here. My dog got kennel cough within 24 hours of his stay and I reached out to Colt over email, text and phone to try and discuss this with them. No response. Such a bummer...

My 2 dogs have stayed at the Ballard location for daycare and for longer term stays. The staff is friendly, helpful and provides daily updates with photos! I wish I could take my pups everywhere...
