Would someone please explain to Lululemon what a pop up is. It is NOT a permanent high end retail space. They defy the very definition of pop up. Trying to POSE as such because it's cool is...

Terrible and rude service. Also this is the first lululemon location that would not do a quality promise return. I had about a 4" hole on the seam and was denied so now I have to mail them in...
