Lowes uses Synchrony to process their CC charges. I opened CC acct in March. I received emails regarding charges in Apr, May, Jun. Then stopped receiving notifications. July & Aug never came. I...

Very poor customer service and poor vendor management. I got the feeling they didn't care about the customer once they had your money. Look elsewhere for hardware and home improvement products.

If you can find somebody to help you and good luck with that everybody's shorthanded I think there's no excuse for the way. Some of these places are run.

I had a lot of odds and ends to return. I was really concerned due to missing receipts, multiple cards ect. Gavin of Customers Services got it all done fast and easy
