LOTT Alliance owns and operates wastewater and reclaimed water facilities throughout Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater in the state of Washington. It employs approximately 60 people within several different workgroups. LOTT Alliance s facilities provide wastewater treatment and reclaimed water production services. It operates Budd Inlet Treatment Plant and Hawks Prairie Reclaimed Water Satellite. Budd Inlet Treatment Plant is comprised of maintenance, operations and process control sections.

Evergreen Rural Water of Washington
