The original Los Cabos owner, Roberto, has come back to remodel and reopen the Poulsbo location as of August 2018.

Specialties

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have change things temporarily we currently have a food truck parked right out front of Los Cabos with the same amazing food Roberto and Gina are also there and cannot wait to take your order for to go or dining we have one side of the restaurant currently open for families or the bar for cocktails
