History

I went through a really tough childhood through my teenage years with no one I could talk with, learn from, or trust to guide me. When I joined the Army, I found a role model through one of my supervisors who showed me women can lead, help others, be strong, be honest, be trustworthy, and so much more. Since then, I've been a mentor and coach for many years in various capacities (supervisor, Army Sergeant First Class, informal leader) I wrote a couple of books on the techniques that helped me through those transitions of confidence, leadership, and self-worth) and taught workshops for women in girls through programs I created. In 2014, I participated in a 7-month formal coach training program to gain knowledge and certification. Now I help men and women who are ready to become accountable for their own actions and happiness.

Specialties

My coaching is for men and women who are ready to make their life better. Whether that is improving the relationships s/he has with family, co-workers, and friends; or s/he is ready to put some LIFE into their life by discovering what it is s/he really wants from life, what her/his values and interests are - and then making an action plan to starting living the life s/he wants.
