HistoryBayshore Acupuncture was started in 2002 when Susan arrived on Whidbey Island after being overseas with her husband who is in the Navy. But, she has been in practice since 1984 when she graduated from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. Her first practice began in Portland, Oregon where she ran a private clinic as well as being faculty at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. There she taught as well as being the Director of the Herbal Medicine Department. It was during this time that the Frosolones discovered and fell in love with the incredible San Juan Islands. Being here has been a dream fulfilled. Susan had the great good luck to find a pleasant location in downtown Oak Harbor with lots of parking and a suite with a view.
