Sat in line for 3 hours trying to get my vehicle out of tow when I got to my vehicle my front bumper had been damaged. Waited another 30 minutes to file a damage report just to be denied the next...

bitches! Worst service ever and horrible experience. Expensive as hell and nasty people for towing a car in Alki beach.
