Enter a portal to the past where time unravels before your eyes! Starting with Columbian mammoth bones, petrified wood, and local Native American artifacts; the Lincoln County Museum also shows vintage farming equipment from our rural area and a glimpse into the lives of local people and their antiquated items. See a 1909 blacksmith shop, German paper cutting, Case steam tractor, wooden Harris harvester, Civil War to WWII militaria, musical instruments, prison cell, circa 1910 handmade propeller, switchboard, printing press, vintage fire engines, and an impressive display about the fearless outlaw, Harry Tracy, who was finally caught in 1902 in Lincoln County.
