Locally owned and operated, Dr. Alex started Limitless PT & Performance with the idea to make physical therapy more convenient and accessible for her patients by bringing the physical therapy experience to their work, home, or gym. Dr. Alex also knows how hard it is to schedule healthcare appointments during the week without having to take time off of work, so she is open 7 days a week with hours tailored to make physical therapy more accessible for her patients. Dr. Alex accepts most major insurance plans and will work with her patients even if they are out of network.
