These people should be ashamed of themselves... letting this happen to a poor old woman and then not helping her and pretty much leaving her in her bed to die and ignoring her... Even to the point...

They are not qualified to complete some medical treatment but they do it anyway and harm patients. If you try to communicate with them they will not respond.

Had my aunt in here for approx. 4 weeks they helped her bathe ONCE! Only changed her clothes ONCE and lost ALL the clothes we brought in for her even with her initials and room number on them.
