The Lake Vue Gardens Convalescent Center provides nursing, rehabilitative and health care services to the residents of Washington. The Lake Vue Gardens Convalescent Center offers a variety of services to the residents, such as post-hospitalization and respite care, adult day care, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. In addition, it provides anodyne, suction, oxygen and intravenous therapies. The center features a library, barbershop and beauty salon, courtyards, and TV and telephone connections.
