Situated in the heart of Seattle at the foot of the Space Needle, Level offers two types of therapies: Float therapy (aka Sensory Deprivation) and a patented Neuro-Stimulating therapy. During float sessions, clients step into a private pod of warm water that’s saturated with hundreds of pounds of Epsom salt. As they float weightlessly on the surface, they’re able to unwind with uninterrupted reflection time. Believed to provide four times the amount of rest for the central nervous system than traditional sleep, the sessions can also relieve chronic pain and improve circulation. Besides floats, Level also offers a new kind of sensory therapy called neuro-stimulation, or NeuroSpa. This therapy synchronizes acoustical vibrations with light and sound therapy in an open pod, creating a relaxing and energizing environment.
