History

I'm Leticiya Semenenko. A Seattle native and real estate broker in the South King County area. I own an investment company and have hands-on experience renovating foreclosure properties. After a few rocky experiences with other real estate agents that I've used for my own purchases, I decided to embark on a career in Real Estate because I knew that I could do a much better job of creating a rewarding experience for customers who are seeking to buy or sell their homes. My networking portfolio boasts a solid relationship with investors, construction workers, escrow and title reps, loan officers as well as hard money lenders. I also have connections with contacts who work with debt consolidation and people who can fix messy credit situations to help get you out of hard situations so that you can be in the best possible position to get the home of your dreams.
