CHOICE Regional Health Network is a nonprofit organization that consists of rural and urban hospitals, practitioners, clinics and other health partners and offers various health services. It serves the residents of Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis and Thurston counties in Washington. The organization offers regional planning and medical services to provide patient care. It conducts the Regional Access Program, which provides health insurance plans and primary care services. CHOICE Regional Health Network promotes community health. Dr. Smith's clinical interests include acute and chronic care, pediatrics, medical weight loss, LGBTQIA+ and men's and women's health. He also does joint injections, dermatologic procedures, newborn circumcision and gynecological procedures. Dr. Smith shadowed a family medicine physician while exploring future career options before college and found the perfect match - a way in which he could use science to help people of all ages while forming a unique bond with each patient via continuity of care.
