The Coastal Community Action Program specializes in serving people with disabilities in the Grays Harbor and Pacific counties of Washington. The Coastal Community Action Program through its Meals on Wheels program, offers meals to home-bound senior citizens, as well as delivers frozen meals in rural areas on weekends. The program offers case management services to HIV-positive people through medical care, educational programs and social support groups.
