The service is good but the guy has absolutely no idea what trim or dont cut means, he will still do it and chop off at least 2 inches and the outcome is not good

she kept the bleach on my hair for way too long and also was really rough washing my hair especially with gloves on? nice place tho i just wish the lady wasn't so aggressive.
