Carl began practicing law as a deputy prosecutor in 1997. In 2006, he opened the Law Office of Carl A Munson and began doing defense work. He has tried all types of criminal cases from Fourth Degree Assault to First Degree Murder. Carl represents clients in all Whatcom and Skagit County district and superior courts. He also serves clients in all local municipal courts including but not limited to Bellingham, Blaine, Ferndale, Everson, Sumas, Mount Vernon, etc.
