Mostly a quiet neighborhood, and there's a swimming pool open during the summer which is nice. But they STILL haven't fixed the mailbox that was broken into back in March 2024 and it's July now....

Great community. Cool neighbors. Quiet area. Amenities are decent. The HOA and a good portion of the board are awful! Super power hungry and overbearing. God forbid you park outside of your garage...
