Started in 1987 by opening up a small store in the University district of Seattle. Eventually, moved the store to a larger location.in 1989. Had dance classes up stairs and music classes down stairs. Was teaching various styles of music. Three classes per day with 15-20 people in each class. I was doing this seven days a week for four years.

I am not only a professional drummer with over 35 years of playing experience but I'm a physiologist which is the science behind how our bodies and minds work with an emphasis on kinesiology which is the science of movement. Even though there are some similarities in the physiology between most of us, the way we learn is uniquely different to the individual. This is why I built all my programs to meet the learning style and needs of each individual. The exercise's I will give you are like Vitamins for the body and brain.
