Seattle Mental Health has been operational for more than 35 years. A private, nonprofit organization, it is one of the leading behavioral health centers in the United States. Based in Seattle, the center has branch locations in Auburn, Northgate, Bellevue and Redmond, Wash. It employs more than 500 mental health professionals, including social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and registered nurses. Seattle Mental Health offers free online screenings for depression, alcohol abuse, anxiety and posttraumatic stress in partnership with Screening for Mental Health.
