Consejo Counseling and Referral Services is a private, nonprofit organization, founded in 1978 to provide culturally competent mental health and family support services in western Washington. Its services focus on the Hispanic and Latino community. The company s clientele is approximately 95 percent Spanish-speaking. Consejo provides education, prevention, treatment and support services related to mental health, substance abuse and domestic violence.
