The technicians are great, the billing department has a lot to be desired. I wish we had an alternative option in Seattle, but they seem to have the monopoly on blood draw and processing services.

walk-in: i don't reside in washington & had to get my blood drawn twice while i was in seattle. that in itself was stressful, navigating through a new city. but i am beyond thankful we found this...
