Needed a timed blood draw between 8-9 AM. I was first o check in at Kiosk and Rita wanted my Medicare card, supplemental insurance card, and drivers license. All this info was already in Kiosk....

They continuously schedule appointments for glucose test knowing full well that it takes 1-3 hours depending on the test, and when you show up for your scheduled appointment they will tell you to...

Beth is Amazing! Never felt the needle go in. Best part No bruises period. Super impressed with my experience today. Plus first time in my life that a Tech was able to draw blood from Right arm.

They're always short of help and their online service works half the time. Your only option is to sit and wait for eons for the people to be served who were lucky the online service worked.
