History
The Koei-Kan Academy was founded in 1991. We are an officially recognized branch of the International Koei-Kan Karate-Do Federation in Tokyo, Japan under the auspices of Koei-Kan Founder Kancho Onishi Eizo. We are the only licensed and authorized dojo to teach Koei-Kan Karate-Do in Washington State.
