Jana's goal is to become a partner with each patient, not a lecturer. She seeks to explain the conditions they're facing and develop a treatment plan together. While she loves teaching people about their health, she also loves learning about the whole person and being taught in return. She encourages their goals to maximize health and partners with them to achieve them. To stay healthy and happy, Jana enjoys reading, camping, playing with her son and family, and getting outside when possible. She earned her master's degree as a physician assistant from the University of New Mexico and is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Gloria carefully listens to her patients to understand who they are and their life context so she can provide individualized guidance that's in line with their values and goals. She involves her patients in the decision-making process while providing direct, evidence-based advice. She especially enjoys partnering with people through life transitions, whether it's a new health goal or a major life event. To stay healthy, Gloria eats a mostly plant-based diet, takes long walks, and does high-intensity interval training. Outside of work, she enjoys classical music, anything that inspires or celebrates creativity, action flicks, and spending time with her husband and sons. She also volunteers as a board member of a pediatric clinic in a low-income community. Gloria earned her medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine before completing her residency at Swedish Medical Center.

Jennifer (Jen) strives to motivate and empower her patients to have an active role in their health care. She believes this begins with educating patients by thoroughly explaining how body systems and disease processes work. She's found that patients are better able to follow through with treatment plans when they understand the causes of their symptoms. Jen is a big advocate for preventive care, emphasizing environmental and lifestyle modifications that can prevent illness. A former Division 1 soccer player at the University of Louisiana Lafayette, Jen enjoys running, spending time at the beach with her husband and two senior dogs, playing and watching sports, experimenting with new vegan recipes, and painting. She's originally from the Seattle area and loves visiting family and friends in the beautiful Northwest. Jen earned her medical degree at the University of Washington in Seattle and completed her family medicine residency at Harbor-UCLA. She's certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
