Dr. Upham believes in educating her patients so that they can be a part of making decisions for their care. Her goal is to provide good, evidence-based care and to be an approachable provider.

As a geriatric psychiatrist, Dr. Rivera has specialized training in psychiatric issues that present later in life. She is particularly interested in working with people with memory disorders, such as dementia.

Mandy prides herself on her ability to relate to patients of many different backgrounds and work with them to achieve their unique health goals. She sees each patient as a whole, respecting their physical and emotional needs as well as their personal beliefs. She is particularly passionate about patient education, preventive medicine, and women’s health.
