Cobbler did an excellent job shortening a very long crossbody strap which required cutting, stitching, and punching extra holes in the leather.

The cobbler did an excellent job fixing the zipper on my beloved boots. He was able to salvage the zippers on both boots, saving me quite a bit of money and he did it quickly.
