I believe counseling is a collaborative effort. You are the expert on yourself you know what you have been through and things you have tried to make things better. I consider myself a generalist so am comfortable addressing several issues including depression, anxiety, behavior issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, anger, conflict in relationships as well as other issues.

I provide a holistic approach that looks at the patient as their whole person - taking into account their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. I have special interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I encourage the pursuit of health and happiness by supporting patients as they build upon their strengths and learn new mental health skills. I am a child mental health specialist, but I am fully capable of working from a relational point of view with people of all ages.
