Kara Chappell Photography has served the Oak Harbor and Anacortes communities as a leading family photographer since 2014. Since then, she has added newborn photography, maternity photography, engagement photography and wedding photography to her business. Kara also serves several local schools as a leading fine art school photographer, and documents emotional military homecomings for families with servicemen and woman returning home from military deployments.
