Good club. The coaches are nice. The changing rooms smell like rotten flesh though, and the coaches will make you do pushups.

Kaizen is by far my favorite club in the Seattle area. Their inclusive culture, highly skilled coaches, and welcoming atmosphere makes this one of the premier clubs of the Pacific Northwest.
