Junior Achievement of Washington Tacoma Line

Operating since 1919, Junior Achievement is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of business, economics and life-skills programs to enhance the education of young individuals. The organization s staff works with more than 3,000 community volunteers to provide adult mentorship. It serves more than 10,000 students in over 65 school districts throughout western Washington. The organization partners with Microsoft Corporation to provide the Microsoft Unlimited Potential technology curriculum that helps young people gain critical 21st century work readiness skills needed for today s job market. It offers elementary, middle and high school programs, as well as after-school programs. Junior Achievement maintains a presence in Seattle.
