This park is adjacent to the Northwest African American Museum, and offers a soccer field, a large open lawn area, not too many trees (good for flying a kite). It also has a parking lot and an ever-cool namesake.

It was nice to take pics near the moments but not much else to check it. Definitely go the African museum at the old school tho!

A cool park to visit and view some sculptures and history about Jimi Hendrix. One of the walkways has the lyrics to 'Little Wing' lettered out throughout the walkway. Also a nice bio swale near...

Cool place for sure - but not quite sure what the relevance of it was to be honest. It does not seem to be any particular Jimi Hendrix historic location - but nonetheless its "Jimi Hendrix" park....
