This was followed by a year of Internal Medicine training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Carroll completed his Ophthalmology Residency Training at the LSU Eye Center in New Orleans in 1996. Dr. Carroll practices comprehensive ophthalmology including cataract surgery, glaucoma care, treatment of macular degeneration and refractive surgery.
