I earned a bachelor's in business administration, a master's in Public Health and a Doctor of Medicine As a Family Medicine physician, I treat acute, chronic, and complex conditions for patients and families. With expertise in lifestyle medicine, I help treat and reverse disease using nutrition, exercise, sleep, social connections, and stress management.
