I wasn't sure what to expect but this is a fun fast paced amazing workout that keeps me coming back. The instructors are so nice and everyone is very welcoming.

This is the best place for working out. The instructors and ladies in class are always supportive and welcoming. The workouts are always balanced and you never feel like you are missing out.
