Came in for a self-service dog wash. They told us there was a service charge to pay by credit card but would not let us pay in cash. Bath area was filthy with white dog hair blowing everywhere....

Always a positive time for my pup, daycare or boarding. We use Jax in Redmond and also Issaquah bothe are great. The training program has made my pup a real "good boy"!
